Hot Pepper & Raspberry Wine Jelly is the result of our very special blending technique that heightens each ingredient’s individual flavor, providing a truly unique taste experience… a sumptuous surprise hors d’oeuvre, well served in combination with cream cheese on crackers. It can also be used as a glaze for meats and cheese.

This preserve was created when peaches and mango were accidentally married. When first taste-tested, this wonderful combination was an immediate hit. A flavorful balance of luscious mangoes and sweet peaches, it is perfect for topping breakfast breads, filling cookies, or glazing meats. By thinning the preserves with broth or white wine, a wonderful glaze for chicken or fish is the result.

Perfect for use with muffins, toast, bagels and Belgium waffles. For a unique treat it can be a topping for ice cream, cheesecake or yogurt. This preserve contains the sweetness and flavor of Orange and fig with the tang of Balsamic Vinegar. 

These Red Raspberry Preserves are made from all natural ingredients including pure cane sugar, handpicked fresh red raspberries and fruit pectin. It can be used as a snack additive or can be thinned and used to create a glaze or marinade for meats.
